FS Quick Tap

The combination of high quality base oils and lubricity/ anti-weld additives enable FS Quick Tap to excel in areas where many other products fail (especially when working with various grades of stainless and other hard materials). Parts will therefore run cooler, and die life will increase, especially in score punch-piece operations.

FS Quick Tap may be used straight out of the container, or diluted further with cutting oils or other mineral base stocks. Once diluted, the product may be sprayed or rolled on to the parts. FS Quick Tap is a very good multiple piercing oil for high carbon armor plate and stainless. Metals up to 1.12” think may be pierced.
